How Refunds Work

Due to the digital and publishing nature of PR public relations and press release distribution services, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and processing has begun, refunds cannot be issued. In rare case if the press release has not been submitted for distribution then a full refund will be issued. Refund or return should be requested within 15 days after placing the order.

Our services involve editorial preparation, distribution scheduling, and media submission processes that begin shortly after purchase. Because these resources are allocated immediately, cancellations or refunds are not possible if the press release has been submitted for distribution.

Publication Is Final

Once a press release has been published or distributed, it cannot be edited, modified, or removed. Media distribution networks and third-party publishing platforms operate independently, and published content becomes part of permanent media archives.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted content before final publication.
